John was incredibly responsive throughout the whole process and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. When it came time for installation, Miguel and Oscar were so careful and meticulous in their attention to detail. They addressed every step of the process with care and precision. Majid did an outstanding job from beginning to end with my carpet sale and installation. At our first meeting, he answered all questions with knowledge, courtesy, and care. He made sure that I understood pros and cons of the product so that I could make an informed decision. He took his time and was very patient. He followed through in helping me with paperwork. The gentlemen who installed the carpet did an excellent job. They worked very hard and long. I am sure that if I need further assistance, I would get it. Manufacturing delay, but I was kept in the loop and ended up with a very nice carpet for my basement, excellent installation work, attention to detail in installation, and good advice on care and maintenance.
