My experience with Aladdin Carpet & Floors was excellent from beginning to end! Majid did a fantastic job with my carpet sale. Communication was top notch through out the entire process and Majid was always courteous and patient answering any questions I had. Installation went very smoothly and Ariv, Miguel and Rodrigo were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and worked hard! Their attention to detail was very good as far as sweeping up and vacuuming when necessary. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the whole project and love my new carpet!!

I ordered my Aladdin flooring through Costco. The Aladdin representative, John Tangonan, came to my residence with multiple samples and was so patient with all of my questions and deliberations. John was incredibly responsive throughout the whole process and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. When it came time for installation, Miguel and Oscar were so careful and meticulous in their attention to detail. They addressed every step of the process with care and precision. I was so grateful for this extremely positive experience. Thank you!

Majid did an outstanding job from beginning to end with my carpet sale and installation. At our first meeting, he answered all questions with knowledge, courtesy, and care. He made sure that I understood pros and cons of the product so that I could make an informed decision. He took his time and was very patient. He followed through in helping me with paperwork. The gentlemen who installed the carpet did an excellent job. They worked very hard and long. I am sure that if I need further assistance, I would get it.
