The Lifetime Care™ program offers complimentary minor adjustments to maintain the quality and functionality of your remodeled spaces. Covered services include:
The Program is available exclusively to original homeowners who have contracted our services for flooring installations, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, or general remodeling projects.
The Program does not cover:
Coverage is provided for the expected lifetime of the products and services, as defined by manufacturer warranties and typical industry lifespans. This duration will be specified at the time of service completion.
The Program is exclusive to the original homeowner and is transferable to subsequent property owner. This program in not applicable to rental and commercial properties.
To request a service under this Program, please contact our customer service team in our Contact Us Page. Services will be scheduled during regular business hours and are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Program at any time. Existing participants will be notified of any significant changes or termination with at least 30 days' notice.
Our liability under this Program is limited to the provision of the specified minor adjustments. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the covered services.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Maryland.
By participating in the Lifetime Care™ program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
