John was fantastic! We went with Aladdin Carpet & Floors for installing vinyl PVC flooring for our basement, and carpet for our basement and main staircases. John helped us pick out both and the prices were very reasonable, installation was quick and easy (2 days for the basement, including leveling the slab, and 1 day for both staircases), and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. We worked with Aladdin through Costco as a preferred partner and they were great - specifically John who did the measurements and communications and especially Walter and Tano who did the work over 3 days converting our flooring into luxury vinyl plank. The craftsmanship was excellent and detailed - everything was taken care of and stayed within budget. We had an issue with the subfloor which they worked through with us consulting through every step and let us decide, and listened when we wanted things done a certain way (like look-a-like transitions instead of lesser quality transitions). Price was reasonable and communication excellent - as opposed to Lowes who couldn't get us situated.

Henry - our project manager - did a great job of measuring the upstairs bedrooms, closets and staircase for installation of a new carpet. He displayed great patience in answering all of our questions regarding the carpet and underlay, and was very helpful in making our final choice. Now that the carpet has been installed (by a skilled and dedicated crew), we can safely say that we are glad we chose to go with Aladdin Carpet - it has been a great experience!

I had an outstanding experience with Aladdin Carpet & Floors! Their attention to detail was truly impressive. They carefully removed the old carpet without causing any damage and were extremely considerate of noise levels while I was teleworking. Even though it was a snowy day, they worked meticulously and kept everything clean and organized. The team took the time to explain every step, making the process stress-free and easy to follow. They also worked well within my budget, which was a huge plus. My only regret is not calling them sooner! I’m beyond thrilled with the results and highly recommend their services.

My experience with Aladdin Carpet & Floors was excellent from beginning to end! Majid did a fantastic job with my carpet sale. Communication was top notch through out the entire process and Majid was always courteous and patient answering any questions I had. I ordered my Aladdin flooring through Costco. The Aladdin representative, John Tangonan, came to my residence with multiple samples and was so patient with all of my questions and deliberations. John was incredibly responsive throughout the whole process and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Manufacturing delay, but I was kept in the loop and ended up with a very nice carpet for my basement, excellent installation work, attention to detail in installation, and good advice on care and maintenance.
