I had an outstanding experience with Aladdin Carpet & Floors! Their attention to detail was truly impressive. They carefully removed the old carpet without causing any damage and were extremely considerate of noise levels while I was teleworking. Even though it was a snowy day, they worked meticulously and kept everything clean and organized. The team took the time to explain every step, making the process stress-free and easy to follow. They also worked well within my budget, which was a huge plus. My only regret is not calling them sooner! I’m beyond thrilled with the results and highly recommend their services.

We worked with Henry to have carpet installed on our stairs. He recommended a good quality, yet competitively priced carpet, and came to our house the same day to provide an estimate. David was pleasant to work with, our carpet came within the promised timeframe, the installers did a great job, including recommendation for securing our flooring, which was squeaking due to loosened nails. My experience with Aladdin Carpet & Floors was excellent from beginning to end! Majid did a fantastic job with my carpet sale. Communication was top notch through out the entire process and Majid was always courteous and patient answering any questions I had. Installation went very smoothly and Ariv, Miguel and Rodrigo were very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and worked hard! Their attention to detail was very good as far as sweeping up and vacuuming when necessary. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased with the whole project and love my new carpet!!
