He spent a fair amount of time accurately measuring and drawing the entire house, and then we sat down and looked at samples of carpets and colors as well as padding and discussed their various benefits warranties, and prices. Once I had selected the carpets and colors I wanted Majid did the math for my final quote. There were none of those exceptions with Aladdins install price. When he finished the final quote I thanked him for his time and said Id think about it and might get another quote. What did he do He thanked me for my time, gave me his card and said call me when you decide. What No this price is only good tonight No whispered call to the manager and subsequent offer to lower the price if I sign tonight In fact no hard sell high pressure used car salesman tactics at all. A very pleasant sales experience. I was happy with the quote and sales experience had my neighbors recommendation so I moved ahead with Aladdin. I traded a few emails and phone calls with Majid to make a deposit get carpet ordered, and arrange a date all very easy.On the arranged date Saeed and his crew showed up on time and got to work. The entire crew was courteous and friendly. They moved all the furniture out of the way yes you do need to empty the furniture first, removed all the old carpet and padding, and then installed the new padding and carpeting. Several years ago we were working with one of your associated stores, The Tile Center.All materials were onsite for installation of a ceramic tile floor.The installers noticed some structural issues with our kitchen floor. A Tile Center owner was onsite quickly and resolved all issues – including recommendation of an alternative flooring suggestion that would work better with the structural issues – all of this at no cost to us. A few years later our Aladdin Carpet installed wood flooring was flooded and damaged by a broken water pipe.Once again, an owner was onsite rapidly to evaluate the flooring. Although our insurance company was willing to cover full replacement costs due to the now voided warranty, your staff recommended patience and time – insuring that within six months we would never know that the flood had occurred – you were 100% correct, saving us from abandoning an otherwise beautiful, durable floor that would have been next to impossible to match. It is that professionalism and integrity that brought us back once again for this purchase. This installation involved removing very old carpeting, moving literally “tons” of large furniture in a very small space as well as health concerns for Tom and Helen. Your installers were very conscientious about the dust and dirt issues, and they were in and out in record time. Your color recommendation is great, the seams are invisible, furniture was all put back, and Tom and Helen are thrilled with the end result. Thank you again. From the start Majid was able to promptly come out and provide a free measurement of my home and was even able to discuss samples which I had obtained from other vendors. When I explained what I believed to be the best option, he kindly took the time to show me additional options, and patiently explained each without any sales pressure. Because of this, and other positive customer experiences, we chose to use Aladdin. Upon the scheduled installation date, everything went without a hitch. I was a bit concerned as we recently had the entire home repainted, however the installers were kind, professional, and were able to bring carpet into all three floors and install without any marks on the freshly painted walls. I was also pleased that they arrived on time, and finished in the window which they had estimated. Upon reviewing the work, I did not need to ask them to make any corrections. They were kind with my belongings in the home, and did not rush to complete the job quickly and move on. I always felt they were patiently working to do the job right the first time. The lead installer was extremely knowledgeable, and courteous. He answered questions without making me feel as if I was in the way, and took the time to explain everything regarding the process. It was clear that he was seasoned in the industry as some of the work took a custom approach.
